Limited technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps limited technical logs needed to operate and secure the site. That can include your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not use that log information to build advertising profiles.

• Follow up with you as you consented — including by call or text where you checked the form’s consent box

Three service providers handle information on Adam’s behalf, each acting as a service provider — not as an owner of your information:

Beyond those providers, there is no other routine sharing of form information. Information would only be shared further if you move forward with a loan and direct it, if a lender or partner needs it to evaluate options you asked about, or if disclosure is required by law.

4 We do not sell your information

The site uses only what is needed to run and to deliver the contact form. There is no ad retargeting and no data-broker sharing from this website.

5 How long we keep it

Information is kept as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain business records, including records a mortgage business is required to keep. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or de-identified.

If you would like your inquiry information deleted sooner, you may make a request under the Your Rights section below. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

6 Your rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with privacy laws may have the right, as applicable law provides, to:

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.

8 Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information submitted through this site, including using established hosting and CRM providers and limiting access to inquiry information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. That is one more reason not to send Social Security numbers, birthdates, or account numbers through the website form.

9 Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes — for example, adding analytics or advertising tools — will be reflected here before or at the time they take effect on the site.
