1 General information only — not a quote or an approval

Everything on this site — loan program descriptions, guides and articles, answers to common questions, and calculator results — is general educational information and estimates. It is provided to help you understand your options, not to make you an offer.

Nothing on this site is a rate quote, a pre-approval, an approval, or a commitment to lend. Actual rates, terms, fees, and eligibility depend on the lender's underwriting and your complete loan application, and they can change at any time without notice.

2 Calculators give estimates

The calculators on this site produce estimates based on the numbers you enter and the assumptions shown on each calculator page. They are planning tools, not guarantees of what you will pay or qualify for.

Taxes, insurance, and fees vary by property and by transaction, and real figures may differ from what a calculator shows. Before making a decision, confirm the numbers for your specific situation with Adam directly.

3 The contact form is a request for contact — not a loan application

The intake form on this site simply asks Adam to get in touch with you. Submitting it does not start a loan application, does not create a pre-approval, and does not obligate Adam DeCraene or West Capital Lending, Inc. to lend.

4 Links to other websites

This site links to outside websites for your convenience — including West Capital Lending, NMLS Consumer Access, Calendly (for scheduling), the loan application portal, and review and licensing pages. Those sites are run by others and are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Adam DeCraene does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the linked site.

5 Acceptable use

By using this site, you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:

• Misuse the site or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems;
• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through the contact form or any other feature;
